The Handler Pro Tech Elite 100C Multi-Use Dust Extraction System is a powerful, space-efficient solution engineered specifically for CAD/CAM milling applications in dental and dental lab settings. This advanced dust collector combines Handler’s innovative technology with practical functionality to deliver superior dust removal while maintaining a clean work environment.
Performance & Filtration: The 100C generates maximum airflow of 150 CFM (cubic feet per minute) with maximum air pressure of 23kPa (3.34 psi) through a sophisticated 9-stage suction system. It features dual-stage filtration consisting of a 1st stage 199mm drum cartridge HEPA filter and a 2nd stage air filter, effectively capturing dust particles generated during the milling process.
Versatile Applications: Beyond traditional dust collection, the 100C can be used as a standalone dust collector, synchronized directly with CAD/CAM milling machines, connected to certain micromotors, or even operated with a foot pedal. It’s compatible with dry milling of a wide range of materials including zirconia, wax, PMMA, composite resin, PEEK, gypsum, porcelain, and glass fiber reinforced resin.
Smart Features & Design: The unit operates at a quiet 55dB and includes digital keypad control with an intelligent filter replacement indicator that monitors suction pressure and notifies users when filters need cleaning or replacement. Its compact under-bench design measures 11.3″W x 11.6″L x 19″H and weighs just 30 pounds, making it ideal for space-constrained labs.
Complete Package: The 100C comes fully equipped with integrated motor, suction hose (1.5″ ID, 1.8″ OD), CAM cabling interface, power cord, and digital controls.
